Reporting content
If a story, chapter or comment breaks the rules, use the Report option in the app — the flag icon on any story, or the menu in the reader. You do not need an account to report something.
If you cannot reach the app, email hello@gyroink.com with a link or a description. Reports involving a minor or an immediate risk to someone's safety are escalated ahead of everything else.
Blocking someone
Open their profile or any of their stories and choose Block. Their work stops appearing anywhere in the app for you. You can undo it under Profile → Settings → Blocked accounts.
Deleting your account
Email hello@gyroink.com from the address on your account and we will delete it, along with your stories, within 30 days. In-app deletion is coming.
Appeals
If something of yours was hidden or your account was suspended, reply to the notice or email us. A person — not the classifier — reviews every appeal.
